Technology & digital functions

The locomotive is factory-equipped with the PIKO PSD XP sound decoder, which provides realistic operating sounds. The light changes in white/red depending on the direction of travel and a digitally switchable high beam is available. The locomotive is designed for use on garden railroad layouts (G gauge, minimum radius 600 mm) and offers the option of retrofitting a pulsed evaporator for a realistic exhaust gas display.

Design and equipment

The diesel locomotive has chrome-plated wheelsets with ball bearings for particularly smooth running characteristics. Both the engine room and the driver's cab are reproduced in detail and equipped with a driver. The optional interior lighting for the engine room and driver's cab can be switched digitally and increases the authenticity of this model.
