Printing variant for Era III of the DB. PIKO has tackled the challenge of redesigning the skirted passenger cars of the Type 42 and has succeeded brilliantly. The elegant vehicles are excellently represented in N scale, filling a significant gap in the 1:160 scale vehicle lineup. The body impresses with sharp and precise engravings, especially evident in the bogies and door areas, creating a pleasantly three-dimensional effect that significantly contributes to the coherent appearance. The surface finish of the cars features a high-quality paint job with absolutely sharp and clear printing. For added atmosphere during layout operation, the cars can optionally be fitted with LED interior lighting, which can be easily retrofitted with a few simple steps.
