With the Piko AC sound steam locomotive series 11 of the EST you get a fully equipped highlight for your AC system! This AC version is based on the famous Prussian T14, as it was also used by the État (EST) in France after the First World War. Thanks to PIKO TrainSound®, steam generator and mfx® compatibility, you can experience steam locomotive operation in a new dimension.

Technology meets prototype fidelity

The model offers the finest detailing with separately attached lines, filigree controls and spoke wheels. The cab and running gear lighting can be switched digitally. A PIKO sound decoder is installed at the factory, which produces realistic operating sounds - including the typical steam blasts from the integrated steam generator.

Series 11 - French continuation of the Prussian T14

Originally developed for Berlin traffic, the T14 was also used in France after the Second World War under the name "Série 11". The model reflects this phase of railroad history with high precision and international flair.

Perfect for digital AC systems

This locomotive is designed for AC operation and offers full compatibility with mfx®-compatible command stations. The digital interface is based on the NEM 658 PluX22 standard. The direction of travel-dependent light change (white/red) rounds off the operating experience.
