With the PIKO 51187 H0 electric locomotive 144 188-0 of the Deutsche Bundesbahn in epoch IV, you can bring a piece of important railroad history to your model railway layout. The locomotive is based on the famous class E 44, which is considered to be the first large series-produced electric locomotive in Germany. Over 100 units were produced - a milestone in electric traction that shaped rail traffic in southern and central Germany in particular for decades.
