Description

With the replica of the class 151 heavy freight locomotive, PIKO offers a typical locomotive of the German Federal Railroad in Era IV. The Piko class 151 electric locomotive has an exact design of the lamps, windows, buffers, housing shape, engine room view, roof equipment, etc. and also impresses with the finest paint and printing, the extremely delicate pantographs, digitally switchable cab and engine room lighting, and LED taillights that change with the direction of travel. The powerful five-pole PIKO motor with its large, precisely dimensioned flywheel masses gives the model excellent driving characteristics. The model has a PluX22 interface and is prepared for easy digitization and sound with the largest possible speaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
