Description

Transferring such a striking prototype vehicle as the E 94 perfectly to H0 scale is always a challenge. The designers at PIKO have achieved this feat with flying colors. The result is a model that perfectly reproduces the overall appearance and characteristics of the E 94/BR 194 on a scale of 1:87. Thanks to a dovetail guide between the engine stems and the bridge frame, the model sits firmly on the track and is very agile at the same time. The central motor with two flywheel masses ensures smooth running and the tractive power is increased by two diagonally arranged traction tires. In conjunction with a digital decoder, many prototypical lighting functions can be switched, among which the starting lights below the driver's cab windows are particularly important. The AC version has a PSD XP 5.1 decoder of the latest generation ex works and is prepared for retrofitting with sound.
