Quality manufacturer Piko presents a high-quality printed version of the DB class E 50 in Era III. The model follows the proven PIKO drive design with its construction. The solid five-pole diagonally grooved PIKO motor with two precisely balanced flywheel masses ensures excellent running characteristics. The tractive power of the locomotive, which is driven by four axles, is boosted by two traction tires that are mounted diagonally on the inside axles of both bogies. The headlights and marker lights are illuminated by LEDs whose red or white color changes with the direction of travel. The cab lighting and the tail light can be controlled digitally. The locomotive comes with a PIKO sound decoder for this purpose.
