Description

Printed version of the class 140 in the version of the Bavarian Railroad in Era VI.

The model has digitally switchable cab lighting installed as standard. The five-pole motor with two large flywheel masses and the current pick-up via eight wheels ensure excellent running characteristics. To ensure high tractive power, the PIKO model has two traction tires in addition to the die-cast zinc frame, which are located on the inside axles of both bogies in a diagonal arrangement to each other. The model has a PluX22 interface, white/red light change and close coupler kinematics. The PIKO E 40 is prepared for retrofitting with a sound decoder and large loudspeaker.
