The BR 211 was part of the standard stock of the German Federal Railroad for decades. The NorthRail version retains the typical appearance with the angular front ends, but has been upgraded with eye-catching paintwork and modern technology. A particular highlight: the finely etched ventilation grilles with visible fan wheel - a rare level of detail in this size.
