The Piko H0 sound diesel locomotive BR 228 in the Cargo Logistic Rail version brings one of the most famous vehicles in GDR railroad history to your model railway layout as a fully digitized sound version. Originally introduced by the DR as the V 180, the locomotive experienced a second life as the class 228 with private railroad companies such as Cargo Logistic Rail. This six-axle version with high headlights and factory-installed PIKO sound decoder stands for tractive power, reliability and an impressive soundscape.
