Description

With the development of the T679 CSD, PIKO is responding to the desire of many H0 railroaders for a contemporary, finely detailed model of this cult series. The PIKO model of the T679 is characterized by an exact realization of all relevant details of its prototype and convinces with finest painting and printing, attached grab irons, sharply engraved bogie covers, engine room equipment, standard installed cab and engine room lighting that can be digitally switched with a PluX22 decoder and tail lights that function depending on the direction of travel. The powerful five-pole motor provides excellent driving characteristics with two flywheel masses. The model has a PluX22 digital interface according to NEM 658 and is prepared for easy retrofitting with sound and the largest possible speaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
