The Piko 56551 PSD XP 5.1 S V23 / BR 101 DR is a versatile digital decoder with PluX22 interface, specially developed for the V23 and BR 101 DR models in H0 scale. This advanced decoder offers impressive sound effects and flexible control options that take the model railroad experience to a new level. The PSD XP 5.1 S decoder enables outstanding sound reproduction with up to 8 channels and sounds of up to 8 minutes in length. The built-in sound function includes realistic engine sounds, horns and ambient sounds perfectly tuned for the V23 and BR 101 models. The bidirectional coupling between sound and engine control allows the sound and movement effects to be controlled synchronously, creating a particularly realistic driving experience. Support for common data formats such as DCC with RailComPlus®, Motorola and basic mfx® compatibility make this decoder flexible to use.
