With the Piko 58132 Railjet train set, Piko presents a high-quality model of the modern ÖBB high-speed train in Era VI. The set includes the detailed Rh 1216 electric locomotive as well as two passenger cars and a control car with white/red light change depending on the direction of travel. The AC version is impressive with its technical equipment and the precise implementation of the popular Railjet design.

The set is characterized by its true-to-original paintwork and printing. The intricate reproduction of the wagon transitions, the roof lines and the striking ÖBB color scheme make this model an eye-catcher on any layout. Thanks to the close-coupling capable wagons with NEM shaft and close-coupling scenery, a realistic train formation is guaranteed.

Technical features for demanding model railroaders

The model is equipped with an NEM 652 digital interface and has an 8-pole decoder already installed. The locomotive is designed for operation with alternating current and can be optionally retrofitted with the PIKO sound decoder #56615. Thanks to a minimum radius of 358 mm, the set is also suitable for more compact layouts.
