Description

Pressure variant of the "OEVA" articulated tank wagon in the Era V version.

The first tank wagons with a so-called "articulated tank" were built at the beginning of the 1990s. The design of the boilers was such that the two halves of the boiler incline towards the middle by 3° each. As a result, the contents of the tank, mainly mineral oil products, flow out almost completely without any further aids. As the lightweight steel construction vehicles are suitable for higher speeds, they were soon also purchased by other companies throughout Europe. These wagons can be found as P (=private) wagons in the stock of all European railroad companies. The two cars in the set have different car numbers.
