Description

Novelty 2023: Set of four DB short-coupled conversion cars in Era IV. The cars are an ideal match for the model of the DB class 110 electric locomotive (#51923). Unlike the prototype, the PIKO models of the three-axle conversion wagons were not based on existing parts, but an Expert model was completely redesigned. The scale vehicles reproduce the original exactly down to the smallest detail. Individually attached handle bars are just as much a part of the contemporary design as flush-fitting, crystal-clear windows and detailed interior fittings. The loving design is also continued on the carriage floor. It impresses with free-standing lines, a filigree brake linkage as well as shunting handles and metal catching irons. Like the prototype, the PIKO conversion cars are sold as close-coupled pairs and, thanks to the precisely guided close-coupling kinematics, have a prototypical distance between the cars. The cars are rounded off by the optionally available interior lighting.
