Description

With the H0 model of the Vectron electric locomotive, PIKO fulfills the wishes of PIKO fans who, both as layout operators and collectors, have opted for models based on the latest railroad technology. With the Vectron, PIKO delivers a high-precision manufactured model that has numerous extras on the basis of a solid die-cast zinc frame and is equipped with proven PIKO standards. The tried and tested PIKO motor with two large flywheel masses ensures excellent running characteristics. The tractive power of the locomotive, which is driven via all four axles, is boosted by two traction tires that are positioned diagonally to each other on the inside axles of both bogies. The headlights and marker lights are illuminated by LEDs whose red or white color changes with the direction of travel. The outwardly elegant appearance of this model includes a precisely reproduced technical "roof landscape" and carefully detailed bogies with prototypical wheel disk profiles. Printed version of the class 193 as the NS class 193 ELL in Era VI. The sound version of the model already has a matching PluX22 sound decoder in the factory.
