The Piko 65011 "Burnt down house" is a particularly impressive and atmospheric building model for your garden railway layout. This weathered half-timbered house in the style of an abandoned and fire-scarred building tells its very own story - and thus provides an authentic, emotional depth in every model railway scene.
The building structure clearly shows the traces of a fire: charred rafters, dark burn marks on the façade and roof, as well as weathered wooden elements make the model a special eye-catcher. The realistically designed damage has been elaborately recreated and can be perfectly integrated into ruined town or village scenes.
The model has functional doors that can be opened - a detail that provides additional liveliness and play value. It is ideal as part of a scene after a fire or as a contrast to intact buildings within a diorama landscape.
The house is designed for G gauge (scale 1:22.5) and is robustly designed for use on garden railway layouts. The authentic look of the building is retained even in changing weather conditions outdoors. With its unique appearance, it clearly stands out from classic building models.
Whether as part of a dilapidated suburban backdrop, as a silent memorial in an industrial district or as scenery for fire department dioramas - the burnt-down house from PIKO opens up new creative possibilities in the design of model railway worlds.
Note: Accessories and figures are not included. The illustration serves as a design suggestion.
