Would you like to depict modern rail freight transport with an urban flair on your model railroad layout? The Rivarossi HR6691 grain silo car combines realistic industrial operation with colorful bird graffiti—a typical sight on European tracks in Era VI.
The four-axle grain silo car, designed by “Interfracht” (ERSA), reflects the typical appearance of modern freight cars as seen in everyday life today—often adorned with graffiti art. With its bird graffiti, this model brings not only a splash of color but also a touch of authentic railroad operation to the layout.
Rivarossi once again delivers the highest level of detail with this car. The rounded side walls, the crisp printing, and the skillfully applied graffiti all look convincingly authentic. The large bird motif, in particular, gives the model a special touch and makes it a unique eye-catcher in a train formation.
With a length over buffers of 175 mm, the car is ideally suited for modern freight train formations on your H0 layout. The model is equipped with a NEM socket and close-coupling mechanism—for reliable coupling and stable running characteristics. It is based on the 2L DC system and is analog.
This silo car combines excellently with other cars from modern private railroads—whether from ERSA, VTG, or GATX. The graffiti-themed model really stands out, especially in mixed train formations, creating an urban, realistic look.
The HR6691 grain silo car is ideal for model railroaders who want to depict not only the functional but also the realistic, often unvarnished railway operations of today. With its graffiti, it’s a modern highlight for any Era VI layout.
