With the Roco 6200164 class ABnb 703 commuter coach, you can expand your H0 layout with a classic "Silberling" in the attractive version with 1st and 2nd class. The car comes from the well-known n-car program of the German Federal Railroad and impresses with its typical design of the 1970s to 1990s - including pastel orange 1st class stripes, ocean blue side rails and authentic peacock's eye pattern.

Typical regional transport design of Era IV

The n-cars - popularly known as "Silberlinge" - were the backbone of German regional transport. The ABnb 703 shown here combines 1st and 2nd class in one coach and was mainly used in regions such as South Baden. The clear graphic separation of the two car sections as well as the striking, large class numbers and pictograms are typical.

Printed true to the original and versatile in use

The elaborate printing in a peacock's eye pattern gives the model a lively and realistic appearance. In combination with the pastel orange 1st class stripes and the ocean blue long beam, the characteristic style of the 1980s is captured exactly. The car was a typical component of trains in the Karlsruhe - Offenburg - Freiburg area as well as on the Höllentalbahn and the diesel lines towards Breisach and Elzach.

Technology for reliable use on the layout

Equipped with NEM 362 coupler pockets and close coupler kinematics, the car can be easily integrated into train formations with additional silver cars or matching control cars. The interior is detailed and offers the option of retrofitting interior lighting (item no. 4000005). With a length of 303 mm, the car fits perfectly on main and branch lines of any H0 layout.
