True-to-original train set with history

The set consists of two class CL platform cars, a platform car with a mail compartment (class BPostL) and a baggage car (class PL). This combination forms a typical local train as it was seen on Bavarian branch lines into the 1920s. Particularly striking: The movable luggage compartment door gives the model additional liveliness.

Detailed equipment for authentic flair

All of the carriages feature delicate decorative lines that perfectly match the historical era. The authentic spoked wheels emphasize the contemporary effect and complement the nostalgic appearance. A fully equipped interior makes it possible to retrofit interior lighting (item no. 40361) to create atmospheric scenes during operation.

Technically well thought out and safe to operate

The cars have coupler pockets in accordance with NEM 362 with close coupler kinematics - this guarantees prototypical running characteristics with short distances between cars. With an overall length of 568 mm over buffers, the train is ideal for medium-sized and larger model railroad layouts. The matching wheel set is available separately for AC users under item number 40181.

Ideal for combining with Era I steam locomotives

The train looks particularly harmonious in combination with a matching steam locomotive, such as the Roco Pt 2/3 (e.g. item no. 7100037 or 7110037). Together they create a harmonious ensemble for branch line traffic in the early days of the railroad - perfect for operating and showcase layouts with historical aspirations.
