Roco 6200213 H0 Set of 3 "Voralpen Express" - Car set 2 with SOB and BT

With the Roco 6200213 wagon set, Roco is expanding the model series of the well-known "Voralpen Express" with set 2 - consisting of two wagons of the Swiss private railroads SOB and BT that are authentic in terms of color and operation. This combination is ideal for use with other cars in the series or as a stand-alone short train. The set brings the typical pre-Alpine atmosphere of Era IV-V to your model railroad.

Set contents - 1st and 2nd class with a Swiss look

The set contains the following cars:

• 1x EW-IV 2nd class passenger coach, class B, of the Südostbahn (SOB)
• 1x EW-IV 1st class passenger coach, class A, of the Bodensee-Toggenburg-Bahn (BT)

Both cars have a scale length, complete interior fittings and NEM 362 couplers with close coupler kinematics. The total length over buffers is 606 mm.

Compatible with interior lighting

The cars are prepared for retrofitting with LED interior lighting. Roco interior lighting, item no. 4000005, is recommended - ideal for atmospheric evening runs or showcase displays with light.

Historical prototype: The Voralpen-Express

The "Voralpen-Express" connected eastern Switzerland with central Switzerland for many years. Coaches from the SOB, BT and also the SBB were used together. This cooperation between the railroad companies is also reflected in this set, which realistically recreates the typical mix of cars on this popular connection.
