The Roco 6600244 is a four-axle type Z-5 parcel post wagon in the DC version with switchable tail light. As a new design, the car impresses with numerous intricate details and is currently in use for Wascosa - formerly developed for the Swiss PTT. This model represents a car from the first series (1988) and bears the inscription "La Poste" in French - in keeping with the third Swiss national language.
Built in 1988 by Josef Meyer Rheinfelden in a series of 10 cars for the former PTT, now owned by Wascosa. The bogies were supplied by SIG and correspond to the type of the well-known EW-IV cars.
The Roco 6600244 is the ideal model for all those who want to represent modern postal traffic or historic PTT trains prototypically on the H0 layout - including a functional rear end.
