Technology and attention to detail at the highest level

The model has a die-cast metal chassis, three powered axles and a precise flywheel for smooth running. The LED headlights change depending on the direction of travel, and numerous sound functions can be controlled digitally via the integrated PluX16 decoder. The standard buffer capacitor ensures an uninterrupted power supply, even at critical track sections.

Historical prototype with lots of character

Between 1882 and 1910, over 1,500 of the T3 class were produced. The Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft took over 511 machines and ran them as class 89.70-75. These locomotives were in operation until the late 1960s - on branch lines, in industrial plants and as shunting locomotives. The model has a new road number and perfectly captures the historical significance of this small, powerful machine.

It enables digital coupling and uncoupling via decoder - particularly practical in automated system operation.
