The Roco 70108 H0 steam loc omotive Ty2 is a detailed replica of the legendary Polish steam locomotive Ty2, which has its origins in the German war locomotive class 52. These locomotives were in service from 1942 and played a central role in the railroad operations of the Polish State Railways (PKP). After the Second World War, 1,207 locomotives of this class remained in Poland, where they were the largest locomotive series in the country until the end of steam traction.
