With the MRCE Vectron 193 701, SBB Cargo International is once again creating a special locomotive dedicated to its subsidiary RT&S. Two different designs were developed for the Duisburg-based company, featuring landmarks and content typical of the region, with one side depicting the historical past of the up-and-coming industry and the other the present-day Ruhr region. In keeping with the design, the locomotive has a coat of arms specially created for the locomotive on all four corner sides, which is a combination of the striking office building with the headquarters of RT&S and SBB Cargo Deutschland in Duisburg, as well as the logo for coal + mining.
