The Roco 7190016 represents the heavy freight locomotive Ty4-40 of the Polish State Railways (PKP). With Wagner wind deflectors, fine detailing and a digital sound decoder, it is an impressive model that authentically brings Era III-IV to the TT layout.

Design & workmanship
