With the 751 176-9 diesel locomotive, Roco delivers a technically fully equipped model of the legendary "Bardotka" in the design of the ČD Cargo for eras V to VI. The gray/red paint scheme with logo and the characteristic body of the third construction series make this locomotive a highlight for every TT layout. The T 478.1 and T 478.2 series were built between 1966 and 1971 and quickly achieved cult status at ČSD. After the changeover to computerized numbers, they were continued as 751 and 752. Since the end of the 1990s, many of these locomotives with a uniform gray/red livery have been in use at ČD Cargo - primarily in freight traffic on main and branch lines.
The model shows the variant of the third construction series with continuous side wall beading up to the roof edge. The sharp printing and the exact color concept perfectly reflect the original. In digital operation, the headlights and marker lights as well as sound functions can be selectively switched - ideal for realistic operating situations.
A 5-pole motor with flywheel mass ensures smooth running characteristics. Four powered axles with two traction tires enable high tractive power. The Next18 interface with integrated sound decoder provides suitable operating sounds for an authentic driving experience.
