An ambassador on rails - the "Deutschlandpiercer"

In April 2025, locomotive 193 459-5 was the last in the XLoad special fleet to receive the "Deutschlandpiercer" design. The locomotive bears the christened name "Bundestag Berlin" and features uniformly designed motifs on both sides that symbolize Germany. In cooperation with Railcolor Design, a design was created that impressively combines technology and culture.

Technically adapted - a visual highlight

The locomotive is based on the tried-and-tested Vectron platform and has been supplemented in its model implementation with rail clearers and bogie panels based on the XLoad model. The roof section also impresses with its intricate details, including pantographs and insulators. The lighting is provided by maintenance-free LEDs with Swiss light change (white/red).

Created for international freight train service

With four powered axles, a traction tire axle and a flywheel, the locomotive offers excellent running characteristics. The equipment with NEM 362 coupling shaft and close coupling kinematics ensures high operational reliability. A PluX22 interface makes it easy to retrofit a digital decoder or sound module.
