With the Roco 7500177 electric locomotive 145 074, Roco is launching a revised design variant of the proven TRAXX series. The DB AG locomotive in Era VI has been extensively modernized technically with a newly designed rail scraper, innovative pantograph attachment and PluX22 interface - ideal for current model railway layouts with freight train operation.

Prototype class 145 - freight train power since the 1990s

The class 145 was developed by ADtranz (later Bombardier) especially for freight traffic and is based on the TRAXX platform. The locomotives have an output of 4,200 kW and modern three-phase AC drive technology. Locomotive 145 074 is a typical example of use in DB Cargo freight transport and is ideally suited for heavy container trains, tank wagons or bulk goods transport.
