The Roco 7520163 Rh 1144 electric locomotive is an unusual AC sound version of the Austrian Federal Railways in a unique special edition - the "Valousek Edition". Created in cooperation with the architect Wolfgang Valousek, this model features a never-realized but historically designed paint scheme. Exclusive design meets modern technology

The model is equipped with fine pantographs, many separately attached plug-in parts - some using etching technology - and high-quality sound equipment for AC operation. The digital control system enables the switchable high beam, headlights and tail lights as well as the LED cab lighting and interior lighting during operation. These can be switched on as required - for maximum authenticity on the layout.

The Rh 1144 was and is a versatile ÖBB locomotive for passenger and freight traffic in Austria and on cross-border routes to Germany. Design history background - Wolfgang Valousek

Valousek has had a decisive influence on the appearance of ÖBB since the 1980s. In addition to designing new railcars and vehicles, he also developed designs that were never realized - including the design of this locomotive.
