With the Roco 7700036, the popular ICN tilting train (type RABDe 500) of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB ) returns to the Roco range in a comprehensively revised version. The five-car multiple unit has been technically modernized and appears for the first time in the current operating condition of Era VI - including the christened names "Auguste & Jacques Piccard".
The InterCity tilting train (ICN) has been the backbone of Swiss long-distance transportation since the end of the 1990s. Thanks to active tilting technology, it can negotiate curves up to 30% faster - without any loss of comfort. In operation, it connects cities such as Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lucerne, Lugano and St. Gallen and has become an integral part of everyday rail travel.
The Roco 7700036 ICN brings elegant high speed on winding routes. Can be ideally combined with SBB peripheral models, platforms and modern long-distance signaling.
