About the prototype: Locomotive 1041.002, which was damaged in a collision in the summer of 1987, was repaired in the main workshop in Linz. On the occasion of this repair, the locomotive received a new transmission with helical gearing and other engines, which enabled a maximum speed of 110 km/h. As a result, the locomotive was entered in the register with the new operating number 1041 202 from January 1990. The locomotive was stationed at the Attnang-Puchheim train control center and was mainly used on the Salzkammergutbahn.

About the model: The Austrian Federal Railways electric locomotive 1041 202 is from Era V and has been faithfully reproduced by Roco on a scale of 1:87. The model has a blood orange paint scheme and detailed lettering that will attract everyone's attention.
