The Saxonia Modellbau 120150 TT 'Deutz' Tank Car, DB, Era III is the perfect freight car model for model railroading enthusiasts who want to expand their fleet with a versatile tank car clearly associated with the Deutsche Bundesbahn.

DB Tank Car for TT Gauge

The car is designed for TT gauge and is assigned to the Deutsche Bundesbahn in Era III. This makes it an excellent fit for historical freight trains, shunting operations, and industrial sidings of the postwar period. As a tank car, the model adds a distinctive shape to the train formation and provides more variety among covered, open, and flat freight cars.

The “Deutz” version makes this car an interesting addition for layout builders and collectors specifically seeking tank car variants with a classic railway company connection. Whether used individually in a mixed freight train or alongside other tank cars, this model blends seamlessly into Era III scenes.

For freight train, shunting, and industrial scenes

The Saxonia Modellbau 120150 is ideal for a wide range of operations on a TT-scale layout. Tank cars can be easily integrated into tank farms, industrial spurs, or loading areas, thereby offering additional possibilities for realistic shunting operations.

Especially in Era III freight trains, a DB tank car provides a credible addition to the car fleet. The model supports the creation of varied train formations and adds more depth to layout operations.

With KK kinematics and NEM shaft

The tank car is equipped with KK kinematics and a NEM shaft. This allows it to be seamlessly integrated into compatible TT train formations and combined with suitable couplers. These features support a harmonious car composition and ensure flexible usage options in layout operation.

If you’d like to expand your TT-gauge layout with a DB tank car from Era III, the Saxonia Modellbau 120150 is an excellent choice. Add this model to your freight car collection and create classic freight transport and industrial scenes on your model railroad.
