The Schirmer 70003 TT set of 2 consists of two Československé státní dráhy (ČSD) standard compartment coaches from Era III. Included are the types D21b and BC21, both made of steel. The cars are completely equipped and prepared for retrofitting interior lighting. The set is available and is a realistic addition for TT model railroads.
The set contains the D21b and BC21 unit compartment coaches. The BC21 is based on the 2-7735 design and was manufactured by Wm Prerov. These cars were used for passenger service and were widely used on ČSD lines in Era III.
Era III (1945-1970) was a time of reconstruction and modernization. During this time, the ČSD used a large number of standard compartment coaches in order to meet the increasing demands of passenger transport.
The models are fully equipped and prepared for retrofitting interior lighting. The precisely manufactured car bodies and chassis ensure a realistic appearance.
The set is designed for TT gauge and is compatible with standard TT couplers.
