Description

This LED light bulb replaces conventional bulbs with an E5.5 thread, which are widely used in model making. Simply replace the bulb and you're done! The issue of heat development is particularly important in confined spaces such as houses or wagons. LED light sources produce almost no waste heat and the power consumption is only a tenth of that of conventional light bulbs. The service life is also much longer, as LED light sources have a life expectancy of approx. 100,000 hours.

IMPORTANT: All LED light sources have a small circuit board built into the base, on which there is a genuine bridge rectifier with a sufficiently dimensioned LED series resistor. This means that the LED is suitable for DC and AC voltage, works without flickering and also lights up when the polarity is reversed (important for analog DC operation, otherwise the locomotive is always dark in one direction).
