Description

50121 LED Bulb 600150 BA5S Socket, Warm White, 12V-22V – Efficient and Long-Lasting Lighting

The 50121 LED Bulb is the modern and efficient alternative to conventional incandescent bulbs with a BA5S screw base. Specially developed for use in model making, this bulb offers a significantly longer service life, low power consumption, and virtually no heat generation. With an operating voltage of 12V to 22V, the LED is suitable for both DC and AC power and impresses with its versatile applications.

Versatile replacement for incandescent bulbs

This LED bulb easily replaces conventional incandescent bulbs with a BA5S base, such as the Märklin model 600150. It can be easily swapped out for the existing incandescent bulb and is ready for use immediately. Especially in confined spaces such as houses, railcars, or locomotives, the low heat output is a decisive advantage, as it prevents overheating and ensures safe lighting. At the same time, the LED offers up to ten times greater energy efficiency compared to incandescent bulbs, significantly reducing power consumption.

High-quality technology and long service life

The LED features an integrated circuit board in the base, equipped with a bridge rectifier and a series resistor. This technology enables flicker-free operation with both DC and AC voltage and ensures that the LED functions even in the event of reverse polarity—an important advantage in analog DC operation. With a service life of approximately 100,000 hours, this light source far outperforms conventional incandescent bulbs and minimizes maintenance requirements.

Pleasant warm white light

The warm white light color creates a pleasant and natural atmosphere, making it ideal for use in model homes, streetlights, locomotives, railcars, or even for decorative applications such as nativity scene lighting. Thanks to its compact dimensions—approximately 12 mm in height and 5 mm in diameter—the light source fits seamlessly into various lighting sockets without taking up much space.

Easy replacement and versatile applications

The BA5S plug-in thread with two locking tabs allows for quick and easy installation. The LED bulb is universally applicable and is ideal for street lamps, model houses, lighting sockets, locomotives, railcars, and many other applications. Its versatility and ease of use make this bulb the perfect choice for model builders and hobbyists.

Conclusion: Energy-efficient and reliable lighting

The 50121 LED Bulb 600150 BA5S Plug-In Socket is an excellent solution for anyone looking for an energy-efficient, long-lasting, and reliable lighting solution. With its versatile applications, warm white light color, and easy installation, this light bulb is an indispensable accessory for model building and other creative projects.
