Are you looking for a unique train set with historical charm and authentic prototypes? The Tillig 01121 TT passenger coach set "Museum train of the Ostsächsische Eisenbahnfreunde e.V." is the perfect choice for your TT layout. It combines classic vehicles from the GDR era with modern operating requirements of Era VI - a real highlight for history and model railroad enthusiasts.
The set consists of a class 112 diesel locomotive and three different passenger coaches: a 2nd class coach Bghw (Rekowagen), a 2nd class coach with luggage compartment BDwsb and another 2nd class coach of the type Y/B 70. Each coach is designed true to detail, equipped with interior fittings and ideally suited to the operation of the club museum train.
The locomotive has a direction of travel-dependent light system with a 3-light headlights at the front and a 2-light headlights at the rear as well as two traction tires for powerful train performance. The digital interface in accordance with NEM 662 allows easy retrofitting for digital operation. The interior lighting can also be retrofitted - to go with item no. 08917 (Y/B 70), 08866 (recommissioned car) and 08856 for the rear train lighting.
Realized with the friendly support of the Ostsächsische Eisenbahnfreunde e.V., this set impressively shows how historic rolling stock is still alive in museum operation today. The set can be ideally combined with the dining car (item no. 95402) and thus offers a variety of expansion options for realistic train compositions with nostalgic flair.
Whether as a rolling museum on a special trip or as an integral part of a themed layout - this passenger train set brings an authentic piece of railroad culture to your model world.
