The IBW of the TT model track has been revised. This revision was based on the three-way turnout in terms of appearance and technology, i.e. the centerpieces are now made of metal.In addition to a significant visual improvement, this has a further advantage: the frogs can be supplied with power, which ensures optimum current collection, particularly with short locomotives and when running slowly. As with the three-way points, the frogs are initially de-energized and can be polarized accordingly with the help of the motorized underfloor drive or, if the overfloor drives are used, with a relay. The new IBW also has new, improved switch blades. (replaces: 83410)
