NOHAB MY - Scandinavian traction with a cult factor

The MY series, built by NOHAB under GM license, was the backbone of Danish diesel operation for decades. The MY 1105 locomotive is a prime example of DSB's robust and beautifully designed machines. With its aerodynamic front and powerful engine sound, it is well-known among railroad enthusiasts throughout Europe - a true classic in the model as in the original.

True to detail and technically at the highest level

The model has attached metal grab rails, an elaborately designed buffer beam and finely detailed driver's cab and engine room interiors. The LED lighting includes a three-light head signal and two separately digitally switchable tail lights - depending on the direction of travel, of course. The driver's cab light, shunting light and flashing lights for departure signaling can also be controlled digitally.

A controlled high-performance drive with centrally installed flywheel drives four axles via cardan shaft. Traction tires ensure optimum tractive force. The factory-installed digital decoder (DCC/mfx) enables extensive sound and light functions - including the characteristic motor noises and additional sounds.
