IntelliSound 6 is the logical further development of the popular IntelliSound 4. The outstanding sound quality of IntelliSound 4 has been improved even further. State-of-the-art component technologies now enable a digital amplifier that can generate even more output power in the smallest of spaces. The corresponding speakers from our range are required for optimum sound reproduction. Due to the increased output power, the volume must be reduced using a CV setting when using small speakers.

With the new IntelliSound 6, we have responded to the desire to make the volume of almost all sound events separately adjustable. For example, the volume of the conductor's whistle or the station announcement can be adjusted to the locomotive sound as required. Another new feature of the IntelliSound 6 is the ability to faithfully reproduce the locomotive's running noise on analog-controlled layouts depending on the speed. The starting and stopping noises of the vehicle are also reproduced in analog mode. In order to come even closer to the original, the ability to turn vehicles controlled in stages, such as railcars with manual gearboxes or electric locomotives with gearshifts, into a sound experience has been further perfected.

Become a sound engineer! One of the most customer-friendly new features of IntelliSound 6 is the ability to create your own sounds. Use your own recordings to create your own personal locomotive sound that fulfills all your wishes for a perfect locomotive sound. We will provide you with the "IntelliSound-Creator" PC software free of charge to help you, with which you can provide all common locomotive types, from steam locomotives to diesel and electric locomotives to railcars, with your desired sound. Of course, you can not only create the driving sound with the software. You can also use it to create all other sound events such as random noises, signal horns and whistles as well as station announcements for IntelliSound 6.
