Viessmann 5229 Multiplexer für Lichtsignale Multiplex Product Details

Description

5229 Multiplexer for Light Signals - Multiplex Technology

Control module with integrated digital decoder (Märklin-Motorola, NMRA-DCC) for two Viessmann signals with multiplex technology e.g. Ks signals (404x) and the standard light signals (4720 - 4730). The module automatically recognizes the connected signals.
It has Viessmann signal bus, Viessmann SpeedBus and can be controlled via pushbutton control panels 5545, 5546 and 5547, via track contacts and by digital switching commands. The Viessmann SpeedBus allows a comfortable connection to the Commander with automatic login.
The module 5229 is equipped and configurable to the same extent
as module 5224. With the pluggable train control relay 5228 the module can stop the trains automatically. This can be done either by switching off the traction current before the signal or, in digital systems, even more prototypically by switching to the 5232 brake module (for Märklin Motorola) or a brake generator (for NMRA-DCC).
Both when controlled via pushbutton control panels and via contact tracks, the logic in the signal module ensures that the red button always wins when several buttons are pressed at the same time.
The signal connection is made via a single plug connection.
Smooth light change between signal aspects. Button for address setting and DIP switch for configuration, LED for status display.
