The Viessmann 8114 H0 CarMotion MB Actros 2-axle semitrailer tractor combines detailed replication and the latest CarMotion technology in a functional model that brings movement and realism to your H0 model railway layout. The Viessmann 8114 is based on the MB Actros tractor unit 1843, which was first presented in 1996. With its powerful V6 engine delivering 315 kW (428 hp), this series set new standards in terms of efficiency and reliability. The compact 2-axle design is ideal for flexible transport operations, and these characteristics have been precisely reproduced in the model.
Like all models in the CarMotion series, the Actros 2-axle semitrailer tractor also offers numerous advanced functions. The speed-controlled motor enables realistic braking and acceleration processes, while the speed can be individually configured. Thanks to modern Li-Po batteries, short charging times are guaranteed and one battery charge offers a running time of 4-6 hours in normal operation with waiting times.
The model is equipped with an infrared transmitter and receiver for distance control. Control is via infrared signals, permanent magnets (Art. 8431), electromagnetic stop coils or the CarMotion remote control (Art. 8402). Even without tracking aids, short, straight-line reversing is possible, making the vehicle even more versatile. The underfloor drive ensures a clear loading area and allows the realistic simulation of transportation tasks.
The model has a variety of lighting elements that ensure a realistic driving experience. These include low beam, high beam, controllable indicators, hazard warning lights, brake lights and reversing lights.
