Build something on your model layout that can no longer be found in large-scale operations today. Vollmer shows you a prototypical steam locomotive atmosphere from the good old days. The centerpiece of any railroad layout is without doubt a steam locomotive depot with turntable, roundhouse and all the trimmings. It literally smells of oil here. This roundhouse is a replica of the Horb/N depot. It is equipped with numerous characteristic details. The doors are closed and opened by arriving and departing locomotives. It can be used for all model railroads in H0 scale. Locomotives up to 280 mm long can be accommodated in the roundhouse. The turntables from Fleischmann, Art. 6152 and Märklin, Art. 7286/7686 for 15° division can be used with this roundhouse. A cover plate must be left between the sidings for this purpose. You can use the following tracks without a turntable: 15°-Fleischmann Art. 6052/6154, 9°-Roco Art. 42615 (9°+6°=15°).
