YaMoRC YD6016ES-GND 16-channel s88N feedback module with ground-sensitive inputs

The YaMoRC YD6016ES-GND is a classic feedback module in the s88N standard with 16 inputs that switch to ground. It is ideal for track occupancy signals using reed contacts, pushbuttons, switches or similar - especially if long cables or interfering ambient conditions are present.

Technical details & features

Each input has a capacitive input signal filter to suppress interference ("antenna effect") with long cable runs. There are adjustable switch-on and switch-off delays per input for debounced signals (for push-buttons, reed etc.). Power can be supplied via the s88N bus or via ES-Link (depending on how your system is wired). Setting and firmware updates are also possible via ES-Link.

Connection & expandability

The standard connection is via RJ45 patch cable to the s88N bus. Additional YaMoRC modules with ES-Link function can be connected via the ES-IN-Link connection. This allows the number of feedback inputs to be increased if required. Individual feedback addresses or address types can be selected for each input.

Practical application & advantages

The module is particularly suitable if you want reliable track occupancy detection with high interference immunity - for example in staging yards or on long routes. The ground-sensitive inputs make it robust against dirt, poor contacts or damp environments. Operation and configuration are also deliberately kept simple.
