YaMoRC YD6016LN-CS 16-channel feedback module with LocoNet and S88N connection

The YaMoRC YD6016LN-CS is a feedback module with 16 channels that can be connected via LocoNet and S88N (RJ45) and provides current (current sense) feedback. It is ideal for precisely evaluating track layouts, loads or other circuits in your digital layout.

Technical data & special features

Each of the 16 inputs detects current as soon as a load is connected. The sensitivity is approx. 1 mA. Each input has a capacitive filter to suppress interference signals on long cables or with poor contact. The input circuits are divided into two blocks of 8 inputs each, each block has its own "common" connection (earth).

Performance features & connections

The module is designed for a continuous load of 2 A per input, maximum 8 A across all inputs together. Short-term overloads of up to 5 A per input for a maximum of 100 ms are possible. Power is supplied via LocoNet-T or -B, alternatively via USB (e.g. for updates or configuration).

Configuration & expansion options

The basic address can be set via a programming button. Extensions are possible via "ES-IN Link" or S88N-IN: Up to five additional feedback modules can be connected, so that a total of up to 96 feedback inputs (16 + 5×16) can be achieved. Firmware updates are carried out via USB. The assignment of address, switch-on/switch-off delay and action can be set individually for each input.
