The Hädl 116414 is a prototypically designed model of the German State Railroad (DR) T-v hinged lid wagon with brakeman's platform from Era IV. This type of freight car was an integral part of DR freight traffic in the 1970s and 1980s and was primarily used to transport weather-sensitive bulk goods such as grain, fertilizer or lime.
