Concrete sleeper tracks are now standard throughout Europe - and this should also apply to model railroads. The N scale now has a concrete sleeper track with NEM-compliant track profile code 60.

The Minitrix 14574 single track device is used to guide derailed vehicles back onto the track while running. The device has a length of 104.2 mm and is designed for track with concrete sleepers in Code 60 format.
