Historically correct - operating condition 1994 to 1998

The locomotive is based on the class 132, which was delivered from the Soviet Union to the GDR from 1970. In the 1990s, many locomotives were modernized and equipped with class 130 bogies for 140 km/h - this resulted in the class 234. The 234 399 was typical of the InterRegio and IC traffic of the post-reunification period.
