With its compact dimensions of 60 x 45 mm, the decoder is also suitable for tight installation spaces. Its geometry and connections are 100% identical to the proven Z1 decoder, making it ideal for replacement, retrofitting, and expansion.
Compact solenoid turnout decoder with full Qdecoder performance
The ZA1-16N mini reliably controls up to 8 solenoid turnouts and/or semaphore signals. Technically, it corresponds to the larger ZA1, but comes without a housing and features practical screw terminals instead of a plug-in system.
In addition to solenoid turnouts, 2- and 3-element signals as well as individual lamps can be switched in additional modes. This makes the decoder a versatile solution for layouts with limited space and high performance requirements.
dynamicPower for high switching power
The dynamicPower function provides protection through intelligent current limiting and delivers up to 4 amps of switching current for short periods to power high-performance motors. Addresses and switching times can be freely configured.
