These typical houses were used to create entire city districts in a relatively short time at the turn of the century, as the population grew rapidly. Unfortunately, many of these houses were destroyed during the Second World War. The architecture is hardly region-specific, although the "three-window house" has a strong Rhenish connection.

Room heights of three meters were characteristic. The stucco work is very delicate. The rear facades and gable walls have a brick structure. A four-storey residential building with an interesting façade.
